Our Innovative Learning Approach
Our program’s systematic, organic approach allows you to integrate knowledge as you go. First, you will be introduced to a meditation technique, then practice it at home. At your next meeting, you will review your progress and demonstrate your use of the new technique with your instructor. This combination of intellectual and practical understanding will ensure accountability, and enable you to confidently use your new skills whenever you need them.

Fundamentals of Meditation

Exploring Inner Space
4 Weeks
Advanced meditation techniques to expand awareness.

Opening the Heart
4 Weeks
Practices to cultivate love and compassion for self and others.

6-8 Weeks, by invitation
Culmination of the training using traditional meditation practices.
