Vajra Ocean offers systematic meditation training for people seeking to integrate meaningful psychedelic experiences through steady practice and supportive guidance.
We do not provide psychedelic-assisted therapy, and we do not offer or promote the use of psychedelic substances. Our work begins after the psychedelic experience.
Psychedelic experiences can open the heart and mind to new possibilities. Meditation helps us return to those insights with stability, kindness, and clarity. Over time, practice supports nervous system regulation, self-awareness, compassion, and a deeper trust in our innate wholeness.

We are proud to share a common training lineage with our sister organization, The Wisdom dojo, which serves veterans and other high-performing professionals – including Navy SEALs, Special Forces veterans, firefighters, law enforcement officers, and athletes – who are integrating psychedelic-assisted treatment.
Our training method combines accessible meditation instruction with supportive coaching and regular practice. You will learn how to work with your body, breath, emotions, attention, and awareness in a grounded and personal way.

Our weekly one-on-one training is designed to support deep and lasting practice, even if you are brand new to meditation.
We do not simply introduce techniques and send you on your way. Each practice is taught in a private session, practiced at home, and then reviewed with your instructor. Together, you look at what happened, troubleshoot challenges, and refine the practice so it becomes personal, useful, and real.
Over several weeks, this rhythm of learning, practicing, and receiving feedback helps students build confidence, consistency, and a practice they can continue over time.
This approach is especially helpful after powerful inner experiences. We help students translate insight, compassion, joy, and wakefulness into a grounded path forward.
Foundational meditation exercises for self-awareness, nervous system regulation, concentration, rest, and heart-opening. You will meet privately with a trainer by video call each week, then practice the exercises at home between sessions.
Guided meditations and advanced contemplative practices that help you understand the mind and recognize mental and emotional states with more clarity. This group meets virtually each week, with practices to explore between sessions.
Practices that cultivate emotional resilience, love, compassion, gratitude, and connection with yourself and others. This group meets virtually each week, with exercises you can bring into your practice and relationships.
A more advanced one-on-one training using traditional non-dual meditation. You will meet privately with an advanced instructor each week and continue practicing between sessions.
Develop practical skills you can use during stress, emotional intensity, uncertainty, and transition.

Vajra Ocean is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We operate through a Chain of Generosity, a pay-it-forward model that helps make training available to sincere students regardless of their ability to pay the full cost.
The teachings are not actually “free.” When someone participates without paying the full amount, it means someone else has generously helped make that possible.
Each new student benefits from the generosity of those who came before them – current participants, donors, and supporters. In turn, those who receive benefit are invited, when they are able, to contribute back so others can receive the same support.
Together, this creates a living culture of gratitude, practice, and mutual care.
