Vajra Ocean provides systematic meditation training and community support for people seeking to integrate meaningful psychedelic experiences into daily life.
We do not provide psychedelic-assisted therapy, and we do not offer or promote the use of psychedelic substances. Our work begins after the journey. We combine proven contemplative practices with modern coaching techniques to help you develop a steady meditation practice that supports clarity, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, compassion, and lasting inner stability.
Psychedelic experiences can open the heart and mind to new possibilities. Meditation helps us return to those insights again and again – not as memories, but as living qualities we can bring into our relationships, our work, and our everyday lives. We specialize exclusively in meditation-based integration – where insight becomes lived experience. Through structured training, accountability, and mentorship, we help you turn temporary breakthroughs into lasting change.

Vajra Ocean provides practical, one-on-one meditation training and a supportive community to help you stabilize and embody what you have discovered. Our training method combines accessible meditation instruction with supportive coaching and regular practice. You will learn how to work with your body, breath, emotions, attention, and awareness in a grounded and personal way.
Through mentorship, consistency, and real-world application, we help you recognize that lasting fulfillment comes not from outside yourself, but from within.

Foundational meditation exercises. Build core skills in self-awareness, nervous system regulation, concentration, and heart-opening. You will meet with a trainer on a video call one hour each week, then practice your exercises at home.
Advanced contemplative techniques. Understand your mind and mental states through guided practices and visualizations. You will meet with the group in a virtual meeting one hour each week, then practice what you’ve learned at home.
Practices to cultivate love and compassion for yourself and others, connection, and emotional resilience. You will meet with the group in a virtual meeting one hour each week, then practice your exercises at home.
Traditional meditation practices to explore non-dual awareness and sustained presence. You will meet with an advanced instructor on a video call one hour each week, then practice what you’ve learned at home.
